Shipping Costs 

  • We offer free standard UK Shipping
  • Next Day shipping charges £7
  • International shipping is calculated at checkout

Order Processing Time

  • All orders will be processed within **2-3 working days** from the time your order is placed.
  • Please note that orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Next Working Day Delivery Policy

  • Order Cutoff Time: To qualify for next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) on a working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next available working day.

  • Shipping Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped out the same working day and are expected to arrive the following working day. Please note that this service does not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 1:00 PM will arrive on the following Monday (unless it is a public holiday).

  • Selecting Next Day Shipping: To ensure your order is sent with next working day delivery, please select the Next Day Shipping option at checkout. If this option is not selected, your order will be shipped with standard delivery times.

  • Delivery Timeframes: While we strive to ensure that your order arrives the next working day, please note that once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the courier company, and any delays outside of our control may occur.

  • International Shipping :

    International Customs & Duty Charges Policy

    All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    By placing an order with Heirlooms of Anarkali, you acknowledge and agree that any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during transit must be paid by the recipient. Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, disposal of the parcel, or the parcel being returned back to us. Any return shipping fees or charges incurred as a result of unpaid customs duties may be deducted from any eligible refund.

  • International Shipping Charges: 

    International Shipping Policy

    International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel weight.

    Please allow up to 10 working days for international deliveries once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services within your country.

    Tracking details will be updated and sent via email once your order has been shipped. Customers are kindly advised to regularly check both their inbox and spam/junk mail folders for shipping updates and tracking information.

Tracking Information

  • After your order has been shipped, tracking details will be made available. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the courier system.

Shipping Time

  •  Once your order is shipped, we aim for delivery to occur within 7 working days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

  •  Once an item has been shipped, it is out of our control. Any shipping delays or issues are the responsibility of the courier company.
