Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@heirloomsofanarkali.com. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns. Please ensure to use a tracked delivery method to avoid returns getting lost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

We kindly request that all customers inspect their items within 24 hours of receiving their order. This allows us to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Before dispatching any order, all products are carefully checked and inspected for quality control. However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue, please provide:

Your order number

A description of the fault

Clear images or videos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please note that items reported after 14 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Jewellery items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Product Image and Colour Disclaimer

Please note that due to variations in lighting conditions and monitor settings, the colours of the products displayed on our website may differ slightly from the actual items. Additionally, some of our products are handcrafted using semi-precious stones, and as a result, there may be slight natural variations in colour, texture, and appearance. These unique differences are part of the charm of handmade items and should be appreciated as a reflection of their individual craftsmanship.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
